Courier Services
1. Service Scope
• The courier service covers the collection, receiving, packaging, transporting, and delivery of packages within designated service areas.
• By default, all cargo received at warehouse are mode for air transport/shipment.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Customer Responsibilities
• The onus is on the customer to monitor and review their cargo activity for accuracy. To request/select alternative shipping mode from default, to ocean transport/shipment for cargo weighing more than 30Lbs (13.65Kg).
• Customers must provide accurate sender and recipient details, including full names, addresses, and contact numbers.
• Packages must be properly packed and labeled to ensure safe handling.
• Prohibited items (hazardous materials, illegal goods, perishable items without proper packaging) must not be sent.
• Customers must collect all packages within 5 business days of billing date and notification. Packages can be confiscated/forfeited after 21 days not being collected.
3. Liability
• G-Enterprises (SKN) courier service is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, terrorist acts, bureau inspection).
• Liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the package, subject to proof of value.
• No compensation will be provided for prohibited or improperly packaged items, or uninsured packages.
4. Fees & Payment
• Service charges are based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery distance.
• Payment must be made in full before or at the time of collection, unless otherwise agreed.
• Additional charges may apply for express delivery, oversized packages, or remote-area deliveries, penalties, external tariff, etc.
5. Delivery & Receipt
• Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the customer. If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may leave the package with an authorized person or attempt redelivery.
• Proof of delivery (signature, photo I.D, or digital confirmation) will be recorded.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
• Orders may be canceled before dispatch. Once in transit, cancellations are not possible.
• Refunds are only issued if the courier fails to deliver due to its own fault. All processing fees will be deducted before refund is paid out.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
• Customer information is collected and used for the purpose of providing courier services.
• Data may be shared with third parties that are affiliated, and where required by law.
8. Governing Law
• These terms are in accordance with and governed by the laws of Saint Kitts and Nevis jurisdiction.
• Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local regulations.
Modifications
G-Enterprises (SKN) reserves the right to alter this Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy at any time in its sole discretion. Please check the date at the bottom, to see when it was last revised. By continuing to use our services and this website after updates are posted, you accept any revised version of this agreement.
